All prices are for one or two people. Add $5.00 per night for each additional adult. Children under 7 free.

Pets are allowed (dogs up to 50lbs) if kept on leash at all times. $5.00 per night per pet or $30.00 weekly. Pets are not to be left in room alone if they bark. You are responsible for any damage incurred by your pet. Plastic bags are furnished to pick up after your pet.

Prices include all cooking utensils and dishes, vcr, linens, use of bicycles, gas grill, and sun deck (for fishing or relaxing). We are tide dependent. Canoe available. Use canoe and bikes at your own risk. Helmets for bikes and life jackets for canoe are furnished.

Sitting area under large trees is available to all guests. Games, books, cards, some fishing gear available in office. There is a large selection of movies available.

Check-in after 1 p.m. Check-out 11 a.m.

One nights deposit required by check or by credit card.

72 hours advance notice required for cancellation of nightly reservations and two weeks advance notice required for any holiday, weekly, monthly or special event. Rates will be $10 higher for special events and holidays.

No-notice no-show: A minimum one night's stay will be billed to your card. (More for extended stay)
